do i have a chance at going to the 2012 olympics?
i will turn 16 on november 2 of 2012 i dont know if i am too young but i want to go to the olympics for womens 100 meter track, the current womens world record is 10.49 seconds i can run it in about 11-12 depending on where, when, etc. do you think i could go?

not unless you run an 11.1 or less. Most of those women can run below 11, so running a 12 would be a joke.
Stick with your training and you may have a chance.

1-2 seconds is a lot when it comes the the 100 meter sprint. Without the exact time (ex. 11.22) it is really hard to tell.
