what can i do to stop my hair from falling out?

recently i kind of found out that my hair is falling out a lot and i don't know what to do to try and stop it.

    Take supplements, you can get some from Holland & Barrette. They are especially for hair growth.

    Go to the doctor. It might be a result of you not getting the proper nutrition.
