For some reason, I can't upload anything from my computer to a website. I have tried uploading onto Ebay, Facebook and Hotmail and it won't. I can get the upload browser to choose the file, but as soon as I click upload it just does nothing. I have left it for ages just in case it's purely the speed but still nothing. I use Firefox. This hasn't happened before and I don't think anything could have caused it. Just stopped working one day. It's been like this for about 2 weeks now and nothing I do seems to fix it. I would really appreciate some help :) Thanks.

I feel rather silly asking a question about hair dye seeing as I usually answer them, but at the moment I have a real problem.

A few months ago (around the end of February) I bleached my hair from a dark purple (Cyber Purple by Live XXL. I wanted to get it white, but obviously it's harder than I thought. Once my current hair dye had faded a little, I bleached my hair the first night. I used Jerrome Russel. My hair went blonde but still with some darker gingery tones. I bleached it the next day to get rid of them but they only lightened. I tried again to get it white but it didn't change at all. I then used Live XXL Platinum Blonde which lightened the tone slightly but still not white. I used Directions White Toner which only changed my roots (because they were bleached from my natural colour they went pure white first time). The toner also helped to repair some of the damage. I decided to give up at that point and let my hair rest because of the damage. About 1/2 weeks later, my hair was in better condition but my roots came through badly. I decided to bleach all my hair again to make it white. This was a BAD idea. I thought it would be ok because my hair had rested. All the length of my hair snapped at the root and I had to cut my hair to my shoulders (it was about 4 inches below my shoulder) to level my hair out. Not ALL of my hair fell out, just the long bits. After that, I've used toner shampoo and toner dye. I've been careful not to use anything damaging on it. My hair is still very porous, but in MUCH better condition. I've used shampoos and conditioners such as TRESemme and VO5 Nourish Me. However, now my roots are EXTREMELY bad. I really need to make my roots blonde, but I don't want my hair snapping again. I'm not sure whether my hair can take it. I don't see why it can't as it's in better condition, but I don't want to chance it. I'm no longer attempting to get white hair as I will soon be dying it blue (using Directions, so don't moan about the damage).

Is there any type of hair dye that will make my roots go blonde without a chance of it snapping or without peroxide?

NOTE: DO NOT start rambling on about how I shouldn't have done so much to my hair. I know it's damaging, but seriously, even brushing your hair is damaging. If I didn't know what I was doing, I wouldn't have done it. I've been dying my hair for years so I'm pretty experienced. I could understand if it's like I couldn't repair the damage to my hair. But I can. I DO take care of my hair, as much as it sounds like I don't.

I found this site on facebook, as lots of other trusted sites. Its a online clothes shop. I really like some of the clothes on there but Im not sure whether its a scam or not. It looks 100% trusted, but so do alot of scams. Its just that the advert on facebook didnt look very convincing. Plus its quite pricey. Has anyone bought from this shop and were there any problems? I have bought a pair of pink contact lenses and im not too sure about wearing make up. I usually wear make up most of the time, i dont just mean like eyeliner and mascara. I do lots of blending colours on my eyes and liquid eyeliners etc etc. On my lenses instructions it says to apply contacts before make up but i tend to pull my eyes (not literally) a bit when i do make up. I mean like... appying liner to my waterline i pull my eyelid down a bit.

Would it be ok to apply the lenses before? Im a little hesitant. Its my first time using contacts.

going curly?

I dont naturally have curly hair, but it has kinks in it and sometimes ringlets at the side.

If i straighten my hair, it goes perfect with no kinks or curls. As soon as a go anywhere outside, it goes curly and frizzy etc. Ive tried all these "anti frizz" serums and stuff..It doesnt work.

Most of the kinks and curls tend to be in the fringe.

Its fine during the summer, it just seems to be when theres any moisture in the air or when its cold (which in the uk during winter... there is ALOT of cold!!)

I just got my hair cut today, and with the fringe i got cut, it doesnt look nice if its got kinks and curls in it.

I am looking to but some portable straightners but they arent the cheapest of options.

How can i prevent or get rid of the curls and kinks?

So me and my friend have started a band... and i need help with the name.

We first decided on Death Can Wait, but then changed to Dead on Arrival.

Im not sure i like them best, i saw a band name of Optimistically Paranoid and i really like that one, but i obviously cant use it, but i was thinking maybe something like that would be cool, like something bad made good or the other way round.

Btw the genre is rock, influences are In This Moment, Lacuna Coil, Paramore, Miyavi, Antic Cafe, Lostprophets, Elliot Minor, 30 Seconds to Mars etc.

I dont usually dream.. well.. i dont remember them when i wake up.. but i sometimes have a few i remember. It seems to be the long ones that include possible death that i remember.

The first one....

At the time, i was in Wales on holiday at Camarthen bay, my nan owned a challet so we stayed there. The challet was very close to the beach, you could see it out of the window. It was only about a 15-20 second walk away. It was really weird that i had this dream as i had bought a dream book the day before (which i have lost now) but it never helped.

In the dream...

The dream was at the challet and I was in bed and heard some noise, so i went into the living room to look out the window and saw big black storm clouds with tornados ripping everything from the ground, all the other challets were being destroyed. The next thing i knew, i was being put onto the top bunk bed in the other bedroom (which i used to sleep in there when i was younger) with my grandad and was being told to hold on tight and close my eyes, so i did. I opened them again and surprisingly the challet was still there, the tornados had gone and not done anything to it. I walked back into the living room, looked out the window to see a big volcano VERY close to the challet, it was erupting. I heard my nan shout at me to get in the car, i saw her trying to get her cats (i know that if something like this did happen she would never leave them behind), then she stopped and ran out to the car. I was not going to leave the cats like she did so i tried to grab them like i do to pick them up, but the cat just seemed to jump out of my arms. Lava started pouring in through underneath the beachdoor and i heard the car start and drive off.. without me and the cats. Then i woke up.

My grandparents and brothers had decided to go shopping and leave me in bed and i think that the starting of the car in my dream was actually them leaving.

The second one....

I was walking down an alley next to a park (well... sort of an alley... its very pubic and open) with a good friend in the dark, i said to her that i hate walking here in the dark and she replied that she did too, but usually i dont mind walking down there in the dark. Its usually well lit but this seemed darker. The next thing she stopped walking so naturally i stopped with her, looked up and saw a man standing there with a gun pointed towards us telling us to go away (i assumed he was a drug dealer) so i told him that we are going and turned to walk through the park. We were sort of running to get away. We stopped when he couldnt see us anymore and sort of laughed it off thinking it was all over. Till the man came round the other corner and this time more people were running from him. So we started running again but we didnt know where to. We found ourselves lost, in a place full of flats that looked like the place where my step grandparents live in great yarmouth, its like a maze. We walked around a bit trying to find our way then my friend bumped into someone and started to shout, i recognised the person to be another close friend. I told my friend to calm down and its ok because i know her. The person just walked off and my friend changed somehow into my best friend, Bee. Bee started running around the flats like she was searching for something, i asked her what she was doing and she replied she was trying to get me home. We were standing outsite a block of flats. For some reason i was certain i should go in the flats, so i did. I explained to Bee that this is where that man with the gun hangs out (I have no idea how i knew that). We went to the top floor that seemed to be like a common room full of people we didnt know. Bee changed back into my friend. I stood with my back to the entrance of the room so that if the man walked in, he wouldnt see me. My friend sat in front of me as if she were using me to hide from the man too. We heard the man walk in, he just sat at a table with some friends and started talking. I turned to my friend and whispered not to leave at the same time as me but after me to avoid suspicion as i was closer to the stairs leading out. A dog (i think it was a jack russle) that seemed to be VERY pregnant walked towards me, it was infront of me but stopped to sit and scratch its bum about 4ft in front of me. The man said out loud...whats that dog doing. I replied its scratching its bum. Again, he asked whats wrong with it. This time, i said that its because the dogs pregnant. He asked again and i said it was scratching again. I didnt turn round at all. I decided to leave down the stairs, luckily i didnt have to face the man to go. I got outside and ran as fast as i could. I looked behind me to see people running after me. I ran to the side quite close to someone running, i was sure i was going to get caught but he just stopped running. I stopped. I realised they werent chasing me. There was a river to the side, it looked a bit like a part of the river ouse in Bedford (wher

I have long hair that comes half way down my back.. its quite thick and my side fringe and layers have mostly grown out. My shortest layer goes past my shoulder and my side fringe goes down to my mouth. you can still see some of the feathering in my fringe though.

It also goes a tad curly in the cold, well the side bits do xD

I usually wear my hair down, i hate it up. I would like some more ideas on how to style my hair.

Its also a tad damaged from all the dying and bleaching xD

I have freckles and sometimes have bad under-eye circles.

I just get the occasional spot patches, im prone to blackheads and my face has loads of different tones.

I would like to know what foundation (i prefer powders) i should buy to give my skin an even tone. I would like it to look as if i have no foundation on and to last me all day
