Where can I get a background check done on someone?

Um mm, that's really creepy. If you can't trust someone enough on there word as if to know if they were married you should probably let that ship sale and if your not old enough to figure out where you find that information, your probably getting involved in something you shouldn't. A record of marriage or dissolution of marriage (divorce) can be found at any country clerk house where the marriage took place. Searching county records is free and can sometimes be done online depending on the county you live in.

Background check isn't gonna give you their married history. It'll give you their criminal history.

You may need to go down to the County Courthouse and talk to a Clerk to see what you need to do.

Usually your state government's website will have have a link to local law enforcement where you can pay to run a background check or you can call you state police or county sheriff's office as well.

You would have to pay money and get a private investigator to look at files and stuff. You sounds like a complete stalker, just so you know.

I know this isn't what your looking for, but you should learn to trust people and if they are lieing to you then you should cut them out of your life. :/ No good doing background checks on people...
