girl-guy best friends? who agrees that its possible?

I know how that is. But it wasnt our friends telling us that...it was his family. They would say that there is no way a guy and a girl can be so close for so long and not Develop an Intimate relationship. But that wasnt the case. Ray and I have been best friends for almost 4 years!! He's helped me through some stupid ex boyfriends and I've helped him through some Psycho *** ex girlfriends. Just ignore them or play along if the two of you are comfortable with each other enough to joke like that. Ray and I have this joke that we're married and have 2 kids lol Even though I'm engaged to someone else and his gf is preggo with his baby.

It is SO possible!! I don't get it. I guess that's just something people wanna assume when they see a guy and a girl together. I love my guy friends. You know, they can even be better than my girl friends sometimes. They're so fun to be around and they're honest. Like when you say "Does this shirt look good on me?" or something, a girl would be like "Uhh, yeah, it looks okay!" But a guy would be like "You should wear that other shirt you own!" In a nice way of course. But you know what I mean. and I know a lot of people use that example, but whatever. and guys are so much less into that whole drama thing! So yes, a girl and a guy can be best friends but not together. :). Don't listen to people who say otherwise.

yup. im a girl and i have a guy best friend. everyone always tells us we should go out and stuff and tells us we are a cute couple. but he is like my brother. if we ever went out it would be really weird. i just try to ignore it when people say that kind of stuff because as long as we are friends it really doesnt matter what other people think about it

just ignore the people who say that mean stuff. they got nothinhg better to do. lol

I've had guy best friends, one of who was my boyfriend first and then turned into my bf and best friend all in one. I do think it's possible to be completely platonic, but ONLY if you both have 0% attraction to each other. Any attraction between you will always lead to inappropriate feelings, at least in my experience.

My best freind is a girl yeah, we've thought about dating but she's taken so I accept that she is my best friend, so yeah it's possible to have one of these relationships

I'm not in one of these relationships, but I think that this is possible. Forget what they say. You know your relationship better than they do

it is definitelly possible and ya it is annoying but it shudnt matter if u guys r best friends it doesnt matter what people think
