I honestly messed up the section with the ACT scores. Instead of putting my top composite score, I accidentally put the average of my highest scores for each subject. I really shouldn't have missed that but I did and it's in and I can't change it. I don't want any colleges thinking I lied. What should I do?

I had to do a pendulum lab and when I calculated the acceleration of gravity using my data, I got around 0.4m/s2, which is no where near the standard 9.8 m/s2. Is this normal??

A guy asked me out and I like him and all, but of course I need parental permission. :p. My parents are the type to ask a lot of questions and be all strict, and I'm SO NERVOUS to even approach the subject and tell them. (and of course I have to get back to the guy too on whether I can or not) I know the worse they can do is say no, but I can't even get myself to start. What should I say? "Hey, by the way, someone asked me out..." ?? I'm 16 by the way, and I don't think I'm too young for this; it's only dinner anyway. Help!!

Which one do you like better and which one was easier for you?

I get my wisdom teeth out in a few weeks, and I was just wondering what everyone wonders- pain? food? But especially getting back into activities and playing instruments. I'm really active and I play the flute; about how long would I have to sit out with this? Thanks. :)

They're both whole grain/brown, so I know they're both healthy. I'm sure one tops the other though...

Okay, so I had an audition for this special choir at my school. My school has to be weird and always does two auditions, one in December and the final one in May. (Why? I don't know.) So the one in December was totally awesome, or at least I guess it was because i got in. :)... But the one in May, apparently I did so bad that I didn't get in, plus, I have a lower chair in the "normal" choir. I honestly don't think my audition was that bad! It was even the same song!! I'm just upset because I really wanted this and the fact that I was already there just rips me off even more. I really want to talk to the director just because it's a pretty drastic change to go from a high chair and getting in to not even getting in. Advice? I know it's not the end of the world, but :(!! I worked hard for this :'(

Okay, so I'm sixteen. One of my best friends happens to be a guy. We planned to hang out over the weekend just because, and we invited one of our other friends (whose a girl). It was just a spur of the moment thing so I called my mom the day of to get her permission. She said okay hesitantly only because my dad said it was okay. So yeah, we went to his house, watched movies, ate junk, and all that. But when my mom picked me up she said, and I quote, "I honestly don't want you going back there. You shouldn't be hanging around in a boy's house." I'm just like WTF in my mind. I don't see anything wrong with it! I mean, I asked for permission, and it's not like it was just me. and his parents are home too. My mom's so annoying. :P

So I could have taken the honors math class, but decided not to. I was okay with that at the beginning of the year, but for some odd reason I now feel like a lazy person who should have challenged herself more. I'm kind of mad about it now. Any ways to get over my stupid mistake? :(

Okay, so it's this guy's birthday today. We're kinda friends and I kinda like him but we don't really talk that much. I have his number though (but it's not because he gave it to me, one of his friends did). I really wanna text him Happy Birthday but he never told me happy birthday on my birthday (which was last week). What should I do? I don't want it to be all awkward... He knew it was my birthday, so that's not an issue. Was he just shy or something?

I'm having a birthday party and it's going to be all of my friends from school, about 10 of us. My cousin and I are really close and all (He's like my little brother.), but I'm debating whether to bring him or not. It's out at a nice restaurant and I don't know if my friends will think it's awkward because they don't really know him of if he'll feel out of place. What do you think? :)...?
