We are forever being told that the Apollo moon landings had to be faked because it was impossible for the astronauts to pass through the Van Allen belts.

I would like answers from the hoax believers to the following questions-

1- What types of radiation are found in the Van Allen belts?
2- What dosage could an astronaut expect to receive passing through the Van Allen belts?
3- What physical effects could the astronaut expect from this dosage?
4- What would be required to shield the astronaut from this radiation?
5- what effect would this radiation have on the electronics onboard the spacecraft?

Please, no answers from people who accept the Apollo missions as true, as I do myself. I am just interested in the views of the hoax believers. Feel free to comment on the other answers though.

Whilst some of the 'conspiracy theorists' may well visit this forum from time to time, I would suggest that very few would even to understand your Question... (let alone be able to construct an answer) ..

Remember, as far as the 'conspiracy theorists' are concerned, YOU have to answer THEM .... at best your questions will be ignored, at worst they will respond as if you have made a personal attack ...


Personally I refuse to enter into dialogue with the 'conspiracy theorists' who are just another type of Religious Fanatic with closed minds ... don't dance to their agenda .. it's up to them to produce the evidence (for example, where are the thousands of witnesses who must have been involved in producing all the 'fake' material ?)

Remember, we do not have to prove them wrong .. it's up to them to prove they are right .. (and prove that the tens of thousands of NASA personal and hundreds of thousands of people working for the sub-contractors are all lairs )
