What is the frequency of occurrence of ancient Hebrew letters?

Question

I am trying to find the frequency of occurrence of each of the 22 ancient Hebrew characters in the Tanahk or other writings, preferably overall if available (e.g. there are frequency tables for English letters A-Z).

I thought of downloading the Hebrew text and doing my own extraction, but there is a time factor involved in doing this, is the information available elsewhere?  I already spent over two hours with Google.

I don't know an online resource, but if you're going to do it yourself - here are some notes:
In modern Hebrew alphabet there are 26 written letters, because the letters מ, נ, פ, צ have a different final form (ם, ן, ף ץ, respectively) so you need to decide whether you're counting them together or not.
Also, there are 2 forms of the letter ש:
שׁ (shin) and שׂ ("left shin" or "sin") which have different sounds (as far as I know the distinction didn't exist in the original text).
