My Yahoo Inbox does not open when I log in! HELP?
When I go to mail.yahoo.com with a different account name and enter my login info, a blank page is loaded and the browser just stops there. It's not the browser, since this account works just fine and I've had the problem for a week now and I've tried different cimputers and different browsers.
I type in my name, the password, click the login button and a blank page with an address like this opens: http://us.mc303.mail.yahoo.com/mc/welcome?.gX=1&.t... (I replaced some charactrs with Xs) and that's it.
If anyone can tell me what's wrong (I've restored/changed the pw and all) or at least tell me how I can get in touch with Yahoo Mail customer service (if such a thing even exists), I would be very, very grateful.

It is not you nor your computer it is yahoo. Yahoo did some upgrading and it caused a lot of bugs and it is affecting a lot of people. "You may experience problems accessing and getting your email. If you are using All New Email try switching back to Classic or vice versa to see if that will help.

I've had the same problem. I use yahoo mail classic version. I had this blank page problem for the past 3 to 4 days. I was able to fix it by switching to yahoo mail beta (new version).
There are 2 methods to solving this problem. I made a short demo videos on both methods.

Go to your yahoo account (click on your name that says "hi..."), click "mail" in the right hand column. You should be in the mail info page. Click the "all new mail" in the upper right corner. Ta-da. Fixed.
