Can You Tell Me How This Can Happen?

Brainless, Elitist, Representatives who truly are NOT listening to we the people!!!! As far as I am concerned, reading of ALL bills being voted on IS PART OF THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION! OUST THEM ALL. We need to get our Country back, AND our Government back. Afterall they are suppose to be OUR EMPLOYEE. I do not see that happening. NOT my representatives anyways as I write, call, and voice my opinion, and they send along form letters telling me it is their way that is best...............I know not, and so do millions of other residents.

The kind of idiots that we as Americans continue to elect and send back to Washington.

Bills are so long and convoluted and limited amount of time is allowed. Coburn complained about the stimulus bill bc of its length and the lack of time to read it. This how they get money for pig poop research, pigeon relocation programs and other foolish things

The bigger idiots are the ones who voted them into power.

Because our government is so out of control that they think billions of dollars is a small sum now.

It's just a paycheck to them. Kind of like the zit faced kid serving burgers at McDonalds. They don't really give a damn about you. They just get paid to show up!

Do you CEOs read every word in their contracts? No. They rely on lawyers and other aides to read it for them and give a summary. Elected officials have aides and the CBO to tell them what is in the bill.
