What is the legal age to get a tattoo in Finland?
This is for some writing I am doing. I like to have things as accurate as possible and I need to know when my character would have legally gotten tattooed. I was looking for an answer on line but had no luck, so if you could help me I would truly appreciate it. Thanks.

Under 18s need a parents permit for the tattoo, most likely in person. How young they go are decided in parlors so law does not go into it. Age limits with permission range anything from 14 to 17.

I have a Finnish friend, she just told me in Finland you can legally have one at 18 years old.
