Who can tell me something to help keep me motivated to lose weight?

I really want to lose just 5 kilos - but find my eating habits and will power isn't helping... Can anyone say something to me to help me keep motivated and help me take control of my weight?

    If you want to lose just 5 kilos, I imagine you're doing it just to look better. In that case, you might try sticking a photoof a fat person on the fridge or wherever you keep your snacks, so you remember what you don't want to look like every time you feel like eating out of boredom. :D

    you should just think about how proud and great you'll feel

    and look when you do lose the weight

    and if that tip doesn't work than try some of these

    1)if you dont feel like going for a jog or walk put on your work out clothes and shoes

    2)try working out with a friend

    3) and always look towards your goal in a possitive way

    I am guessing you are a girl.....

    The single most important reason you do not want to be fat is because you will attract better mates if you look a nicer fitter person, it's normal human nature. So unless you want to just 'make do' then go eat.... BUT if you want to look your best and attract the nicest possible guys, lose that weight and attract a nice good looking fit deserving fella who will appreciate you looking nicer, fitter, healthier and biologically more prone to have healthier children....its just human nature....survival of the fittest and all that...Hope that helps.. : )

    it seems to simple to be true - but just say everything positively.

    each time you eat, you are winning - youre eating right (whether it was a lot, a little, or something you just wanted).

    each minute spent bored or failed at something else - well it was a minute won against eating.

    in this time you sat reading this, you are winning - you literally burned your energy as you read, and haven't gained any weight in this time.

    eating and emotions get mixed up.

    eating keeps the mind balanced so yes you will eat in order to be happy

    but remember - be happy that youre winning if not have won already. losing weight (not not eating) has made you happy!

    instead of sitting and reading listen to books on tape as you walk clean or garden
