hi, i am thirteen.

i was fine with my weight i was 112 pounds and still losing weight.

but now i went to my grandmas house and ive been eating more than normal and i can tell that i have gained a lot of weight. though i have also not been active. i play on a competitive basketball team and during normal weeks we have practice everyday. all of my clothes are fitting tighter and i was wondering if after i start working out again and getting back into my normal eating habits the weight will come back off. can you please help me, i feel sluggish and disgusting i really want to take it back off. Also i was wondering if running in the cold really helps you lose weight faster??

please help me whiten my teeth, my current toothpaste is maxwhite colgate and a soft head toothbrush.. please help me

as of right now i use clean&clear face scrub and this stuff from the dollar store at nights in the shower

in the morning i use clean&clear spot treatment.

i sleep with my hair up. Can you please help me clear this up

its on my face, chest, and back i think its repulsive...
