We use all of those in everyday speech and more.
Biscuit - often shortened again to Biccie.
Clicks - can also mean distance to the next town.
G'day - common friendly greeting, but not in a Steve Irwin way.
Mozzies - very common use in the tropics
Saltie - more common on the top end of Australia, usually we just say Crocs.
Shark Biscuit - not that common since not everyone lives next to a beach, but where they do, then yes.
A few others we use too:
Just up the road - a relative term that can mean anything from a few doors up the street to thousands of kilometres away.
No worries - it is all fine.
Avagoodweegend - contraction of have a good weekend.
Ooroo - goodbye
Ankle biter - very young kids
Pom - Brit
the john - same as dunny

Actually that is one of the most normal questions I have ever seen regarding the Aussie slang. There is a lot of aussie terms out there which are not commonly used but the ones you have are very common. I'd like to add that we tend to say bicky instead of biscuit and kays instead of clicks and maybe the least common of those terms (for me at least since I am not a huge beach goer) is Shark Biscuit.

I'm so over this global warming talk -_- There's just southerly winds blowing up the coast of NSW this week. Next week will be cooler too, but it doesn't mean the whole summer will be cold. Come to Melbourne! We've been having completely clear, sunny blue skies ever since monday and temperatures have been warm!!! It's been the place to be all week. Gonna be another cracker today and tomorrow :)

I use all of those except for Oz.
I've never referred to Australia as Oz but many people do.
An Esky isn't the same as a fridge (refrigerator), it's a large insulated food/drink container for picnics, barbecues etc.
Saltie = Saltwater Crocodile and Freshie = A Freshwater Crocodile.
Altogether they are Crocs.
Clicks or Ks, I was doing 100 Ks in an 80 zone or Sydney is 450 clicks south of here.
Ks is more for speed and Clicks is more for distance.
We also spell kilometres, metres etc we an "re" not an "er".
If you want more Aussie slang go to Koala net.

I've not heard 'shark biscuit', but then again I don't think I've ever had a discussion about inexperienced surfers. The rest are certainly correct, although 'clicks' (from the noise a mechanical odometer makes each kilometre) refers to distance as well as speed.

Well i'm around your age and i only use the terms use are Mozzie's, esky & Biscuit (only if it isn't a choc chip cookie.....then it's just a cookie but everything else is a biscuit)
Some of those i have heard of but don't use.....then there are some there that 've never heard of before. What the hell is a Shark Biscuit?!
But i'm sure some people use them......
