Misappropriation of Public funds?

Question

If we contribute our tax dollars to the state fund and we are now basically facing bankruptcy, wouldn't that be considered misappropriation of funds? If so, who would be held accountable? Our state as a business has failed, who's gonna pay?

it's business as usual in congress . they always spend our tax dollars foolishly giving big contracts to companies who gave big campaign contributions to them  and wasting our monies on stupid projects so their friends can get richer. our politicians are always giving themselves raises while cutting everyone elses jobs and cutting public services . the problem is no one is ever held accountable and that's 1 of the reasons why we're in this mess right now . who ends up getting hurt the most ? the middle class as usual . if we dont start having protest rallies and marching on washington then there will never be justice for the middle class and the gov will just keep wasting our tax dollars. our gov is the opposite of robin hood . they rob from the mid class and give it to the rich.

The accountable ones are the ones who elected these idiots to office.
