LGBT: Second post on this subject, this time slightly altered for this board.?

Question

I was doing some research that pulled up a link to an article about how Chris Brown beating Rihanna was an act of God.

My gut reaction was that this had to be a hoax, Wikipedia confirmed this

But the web site ( http://www.landoverbaptist.org ) posted this link with a disclaimer that the Wiki page had been edited by the group's detractors.

So, in a nutshell, can someone please tell me that this is all fake? The posts are so ridiculous that i can't accept that anybody would believe in most of it, but if it were satire it would be posted somewhere on the site right? Contrary to that logic, they insist that it is real...

Can someone help me?


This seems particularly offensive to the LGBT community, as the site seems to advocate killing homosexuals as a potential 'cure'.

May God free us of all the self-righteous who thinks they are doing His will by bashing, torturing and sometimes worse killing us.
Don't know if the history is true or not, but it is not important, the sad reality is that there many true stories about killing of Gays worldwide in particular in Caribbean islands like Jamaica but also in Iran and some other countries. Generally the acts are justified by a religious right...
So sad, so horrible, so unfair, so horrendous.

No, it doesn't bother me. Not every question I have is LGBT-related, but I am always LGBT, so I don't get bothered. Plus, it is a little community, and I kinda enjoy it. I'm on the fence about labelling everything gay as alternative. I do want to be able to find gay titles, but I don't like the idea that I"m an alternative to something.

oh man....god is prob looking at those religious people and saying "wtf! thats not what i wanted."

i personally think he needs to resurrect so that he can rewrite and update the bibleX)
