ok i know how to bulk up, so when someone has bulked up, how do they lose the fat they gained when bulking up and still maintain their muscle?

keep up the weight lifting, but lower the intensity. this will maintain the muscle you have. you can choose to do, fewer sets, or lighter weights.
Even 1 set of 12-15 reps per muscle group will help to maintain your muscle mass. next add cardio and adjust your food intake. this burns up calories which will reduce body fat.

Your gonna still want to keep eating a lot of protein because you need that to maintain ur muscles. So you will have to eat a lot of LEAN protien like turkey, fish, and maybe chicken. When shopping for turkey look out for the ones that say lean. I would stay away from steak or pork becuz they are very high in fat. You should also eat some carbs but make sure that they are complex carbs (whole wheat). Also drink a lot of water and stay away from sugary drinks. I would also recommend taking vitamins and eating a lot of greens. Greens speed up the metabolism tremedously. do a lot of cardio excersizes and go into the sauna everyonce in a while to detox.
