You can get in a hot tub while your pregnant. The reason getting too hot isn't recommended is becasue it raises your body temp- which isn't good for bub. As long as you let your body be the indicator- if your starting to feel hot its time to get out then bub will be fine.

As long as the pain went away and you didnt' start to sweat you should be fine but stay away from the hot tub in the future. It's only 5 months that you can't use it. :)
