Are Jesus and Abraham in Hell?

Question

Abraham:
Cursed is he that lieth with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother.
     - Deuteronomy 27:22
And Abraham said... She is my sister; she is the daughter of my father, but not the daughter of my mother; and she became my wife.
     - Genesis 20:11,12

Jesus: 
Whosoever shall say Thou fool, shall be in danger of hellfire.
     - Matthew 5:22
[Jesus said] Ye fools and blind.
     - Matthew 23:17

I know that it's just an old myth...
But to you who take the bible literally: What do you think?

It seems to me that as of late this text has been presented as being understood in the most literal sense when  that would be a wicked bad case of taking it so far out of context as to mean something it isn't intending to mean whatsoever ..For an arguments sake this is maybe one of the worst texts to argue since anyone fully reading it in context catches what abraham was intending to do by saying this ...the truth of the text lies all over the page and is  bold if you read any commentaries as to why he said what he said  Genisis 20 ;11 is a no brainer ..

Jesus in matt 5 ;22 is illustrating how utterly impossible it is to be a righteous person and attain right standing with god  .. to some how earn heaven or gods favor  isn't gonna happen in this life time

When Abraham came to a city with his wife, the lord told Abraham to say that thy wife is thy sister, for if not they will take thy life for thy wife is beautiful. 
Whosoever shall say Thou fool, is in danger of hell fire is the same today as it was yesterday. For there are many that mock there brothers and are in danger of hell fire.

I know Jesus went to hell when he crucified for that weekend and then arose,so I guess he's not there anymore. If there was a Jesus

Silly people, just take some time to read some of the bible and you can start to understand everything.  For one thing, jesus was without sin.  

I would look into it a little more before you come to any conclusions.
