Go to a Spanish speaking country, meet a friend who's trying to learn English so you can both try to converse, or get those audio tapes, although I have to admit after hearing my friend's dad listen to the tapes, it gets boring. I learned French by going to France for a semester...you'd be surprised how quickly you learn a language when your lunch money depends on it!
Or if that is not an option to you you could learn it from one of the numerous websites online, I would reccomend the one below
