Is it possible to lose this many lbs by May?
Is it possible to lose 30 lbs by May? If so, how? No starving tactics please I refuse to give food up! Exercising, of course, but for how long each day? How many times a week?

30 lbs is alot to lose by may. that would mean you would be losing about 1 pound per 2 days, and thats not healthy. you should be losing about 1-2 pounds per week. Any other "fast weight lost" programs put weight right back on when your done with it.
If you want to lose weight the healthy way, you first need to cut out all soft drinks and junk food you consume every week. (if you cant cut out right now, work your way their by limiting how much you eat)
Then you need to eat ALOT more fruits and vegetables. Your plate at each meal SHOULD be half vegetables and/or fruits, 1/4 protein, and 1/4 carbs. By eating these all these healthy foods, you will boost your metablilsm and you will start to loose weight faster. As you probably know, the higher your metablism, the more likely you dont gain weight.
You will also need to try to consumer smaller meals, more often, this will keep your body working by processing the food that your metablism will skyrocket!
Ofcorse you need to exercise, i recommend 30 min or running/jogging/walking EVERYDAY, plus lifting 5-8 lbs weights about 30 times 4-5 days a week.
Also by adding these foods, it will GREATLY help to boost your metabilism!

-low-fat yogurt
-apples & bananas
-nuts
-broccoli
-cauliflower
-berries
-low-fat milk
