How do i tell my favorite person that i'm more attracted to him when he's in drag?
Ok, so one of my best friends is obSINity, former Ms. Apollo National (second of three Birmingham queens to win in the last three years, but that's totally unrelated). His real name is Billy and i'm starting to get the impression that he's got feelings for me. I love this guy to death, but honestly i think he's more attractive as a woman and can never imagine doing anything more than cuddling. I am gay, but I think it could be the enormous wig/shaven head contrast that makes the difference in my opinion of attractiveness... I like long hair on my guys...
Anyway, should he bring it up, what is the best way to tell him that I'd sooner do him as a woman than as a man? O.o
Clarification: I think he's more attractive as a woman, the real issue is that i'm not attracted to him. If it comes up, I'll probably leave off the fact that i think he's a more attractive woman than man... now that I think of it it seems like that's just a superfluous detail.

Um, you should probably tell him something like "I find your Feminine side more attractive then your masculine side". Very unique situation by the way.

You are entitled to have your own turn-ons, fetishes, and partiality of what you want in a lover. And just because you find someone attractive you don't have to "do him" or even let him do you. A healthy relationship is based on more than just long hair, or how well a dress fits over a guy's hips.
If it is not appropriate for him to be wearing a dress while you two are running the streets on your bikes, then you either need a new friend for that activity or get over trying to control what this friend looks like when he is with you.
As for the drag --- just tell him he looks good in drag and ask him to go out to dinner and show with you. a real date. And it does not have to end in the sack unless BOTH of you want that to happen. Otherwise you are just being a whore.

im sure if you tell him how hot you find him in drag. don't say u don't think he's not as cute when he's not. maybe he will want to please you and dress the way you find him more desireable.
