so do thousands of other people want to come to England ... you can come on a visit if you get a visa ... but if you want to work you'd need to get a work permit

You will need a visa and a work permit, both are tough to get unless you're a brain surgeon or have zillions of pounds to invest.

You can't come just to earn experience.
