where we can find satisfaction and happiness?

Sir,

It is very simple.

Move 59 steps forward, then come back.

Go 37 steps backward, then move back.

Run 68 steps to your left, then run back.

Finally shift 42 steps to your right and shift back.

You will realise that this was your original position from where you started the quest for your satisfaction and happiness. Reaching here you utter this sentence thrice........

Without love there is no happiness. But what we call love in the material world is tinged with lust because it is centered on selfish gratification. So it always ends badly. All love stories are either she left him or he left her. And even where there is unmotivated love such as when a mother cares for a child, the situation cannot last and so neither does the love.

Unending, unmotivated pure love is the nature of spiritual existence because that is the constitutional nature of the soul. So to find complete satisfaction and happiness requires us to become spiritually realized with a pure consciousness. Then our natural love will be reawakened and our happiness and satisfaction will be eternal and unlimited.

Friend - It is simple -

Satisfaction - For example you have 1 rupee in your hand. Don't get jealous on those having 2 rupee. See below may be somebody is having 50 paise or nothing . So definitely you are better than them. If you limit your requirements on that 1 rupee, definitely you are satisfied.

Happiness - Even a kid's smile can give you a happiness. Sometimes you are hungry, but you heard a song, it gives you happiness. So it means happiness on your hand . If you comfortable or able to adjust with your present any situation, any circumstances you will be happy. Ofcourse, definitely everyone have to happy for getting a next second on life . Atleast in a day one time you just thanks for GOD to given that happiness.

U can find it by doing what u love to do. If playing game is your joy,then choose a job that is related to that such as owning ur own game shop. When study relate its to game characters. U can also find a partner that have the same interest as you so that you can double the fun. This is just my opinion,but overall happiness and satisfaction can be gain just by doing what you love but make sure it's in positive way. That's all.

Allow yourself to be even proud of the past, joyful in the present and enthused about the future.

Be proud if you are working on making things better for yourself and others.

Every day, perform at least one activity, connect with at least one person and take at least one action that offers you joy and satisfaction. Make a note of it because that would help you see yourself as a "take charge" person. You will be proud of yourself that you don't expect someone else to do it for you.

Play down the setbacks you experience. Be content with the fact that you are working on issues that are important to you.

There is no permanent happiness or satisfaction. Life is made up of so many small bits and pieces of happy and sorry feelings.

So, whenever we get our wishes fulfilled we find happiness and satisfaction. More the efforts and obstacles in fulfilling them major the amount of happiness and satisfaction.

The words of the Dalai Lama are wise:

"If you want others to be happy, practice compassion.

If you want to be happy yourself, practice compassion."

(that and a little meditation and exercise will take you a long way down the road to satisfaction and happiness)

It is very simple that we need have to go out to urge for these.

Not going for any materialistic solution, let us find these in our own heart soul and mind itself, depending on what we r thinking about, what we should think, what we r supposed to think, what we already thought and depending on what we r doing, what we should do, what we r supposed to do, what we already have done and vice-verse ; which reacts in our heart mind and soul. But it is also sure that the satisfaction and happiness both may vary in certain times in certain conditions..

satisfaction and happiness are perceptions of mind.everything we feel or see around us is nothing more than a mind game.best place to find them is ones own self.

I feel or happiness is subjective.means different things to diffferent people.do whatever makes you happy.
