If the end to the situation was something that in the overall big picture would not help, then I fore go helping...I encourage the right way to do something, or exercise my ability to do the right thing. All depends on the seriousness of something. But, when its in my capability to help someone, then I do, so long as it does not violate my core values.

Yes. The person was taking advantage of me. Also, I knew they were more than capable of handling their drama by themselves. I hate being taken advantage of or being taken for granted.
