Does petroleum jelly help protect cuts? ?
i just wanted to know if petroleum jelly (eg. vaseline) can help put a protective layer over a cut or wound ( a small one). will it help stop germs from going into the wound? i think i got something like a mosquito bite, and accidentally scratched it till it started bleeding (a tiny bit). will the vaseline do any good?
