I meant what influence the market to sink? The government spending of Iraq war is something to do with recession and stock to go down? Thanks.

The banking crises is what is causing our market to go down. That and a possible recession, and lower corporate earnings.
Generally wars are stimulative of economies, as the country strains to provide goods & services for their population. And at the same time to provide support for their solidiers and military machine overseas.
