Well in the past i have faked the noises and the orgasim it felt good but it didnt make me have a orgasim, Most guys honestly dont no how to make a girl have a orgasm as they think sex will do it 95% of girls dont have a orgasm from sex they all have orgasms from stimulation of the g-spot (up the top of your clit). It isn't really hard to see that a woman is faking it.

Breathing patters are the most visible ways to see that, then physical signs will make it obvious.

Edit: Jessi K is correct, it is also best to have intercourse when your penis is at it's hardest. Usually a person will breathe a certain way when having an orgasm.
