Is an itunes account limited to one computer?
I've got an iPod and previously used my ex's itunes account. Since we've split im looking to get the internet for my computer at my new place, but am unsure if I will be able to access itunes.

No, you can activate it on up to 5 machines. In iTunes, click Tools and then click Authorise Machine, enter your account details and click ok.

at a time yes but you can authorize and deautherize as your needs change like you could be at your friends house you can deautherize your main pc and authorize the friends pc and switch back when you are finished at the friends pc
on the menu bar at the top of the itunes app click store and de autherize computer

No. I use mine on my work PC, my notebook, and my home computer...just not at the same time. If you split from your ex, though, you need your own account.
