I live in Chicago and I need to call Dublin Ireland CHEAP! I don't have a phone I use the payphone down the street from my apartment, somebody please help me
NO its not, it is 00353, and apparently you have never done this, I just walked back from the damn payphone, I have to get some sort of phone card that can be used on a payphone because I cant put twenty dollars of quarters in it, and Im gonna oh just guess, that perhaps somebody in chicago has maybe actually called dublin, and might know the cheapest phone card that can be used on a payphone

You need to get a life (which is also true for all of us here). With the extra free time, you can probably afford your own home phone.

The area code is +350. If you call on a payphone all you have to do is put in the right amount of money to call out of the country.
