is there anybody who's able to explain in short what ict as a core subject of primary school teacher studies at university means?

It's getting familiar with these white boards/ screens ? How to prepare a presentation and this stuff? Or is it more how PCs function, the technical aspects? Or both?

in primary ict is information, communication technology
using computers and various programs
using cameras and videos etc to present information

ICT stands for Information and Communication Studies which is basically computers. It's a degree that is studying for being a primary school teacher with your specialist subject as computers.
I'm not sure exactly what it's about but it's not likely to be about really technical - why not go on university websites and see what the course involves?
