why everyone always finding the negative things in others?

So they can pretend to themselves that they are better than others. A bit of self deception and ignoring ones own faults.

If everyone you know is always looking for negatives in others it is likely you need to attract a different set of friends. You can do that by looking for the positives in others. People who also look for the positives in others prefer being with people like them, just like the people who always look for negatives tend to hang out with negative people.

I've come to realize in life you have to do a hundred things right to be mentioned, but you need only do one wrong thing and your known to everyone as a villein, I believe the reason for that is because there is so much imperfections in our life that we find it easier to point out others imperfection rather then point out their goodness. Perhaps their goodness is where we want to be :)

I do not look at the negative. I look at people and think about when they were a helpless baby and how much they have struggled with. Then I think of them in their old age and how they will face their hour of death. Then I think of them as the greatest of God's creation on earth.

We get NO personal satifaction by telling others how great, lucky, pretty, rich, or tan they are. Throwing a barb on the other hand, jacks our ego up a notch or two...if only in our own mind...which after all, is all that really matters.

Almost never, but sometimes , when its convenient. Like a Cheezy Boss.

Negativity is easy to spot. It is also simply unpleasant so you react to it.

because they hate themselves to such a point that they feel a constant need to insult others just to make themselves look better

they r not happy with themselves putting people down makes them feel better

It's indirect appreciation of our own ego.
