what happend to the people?what happend to the ecomny?im doing a power point and i need help to find info about what happend during and after the holocaust. Also do you have any good web sites to look up to find more information?

Many of the liberated people subsequently died from the effects of their imprisonment.
The allies interned survivors and called them "DP"s, displaced persons. There was an attempt to repatriate them to their homes, but a large percentage no longer had homes to return to. For several years allies kept them interned trying to determine permenant solutions to their residences
Many of the Jewish survivors were moved into the Mediterrenean with an intent of immigrating to Palestine. However, England (which controlled Palestine) did not see this as a good move, considering the turmoil of the Arab population
Many other "DP"s immigrated to the US, or other allied countries. I believe very few actually were moved back to their homes.
