How can I deal with stress?
I suffer from stress and anything from someone cutting me up whilst driving to people barging into me / letting doors go on me can set me off. It's usually just other people's pure bad manners. Does anyone else have this? How do you deal with it?
The anger can be so bad, that I end up physically shaking from it and on several occasions, I've actually had a go at people.
No silly joke answers please, this is serious for me.

try an take a vacation, with nothing to worry about. no schedule or anything, just go with the flow. or just take a while to relax and listen to some music.or get a massage. talk to your best friends who understands you and let out all your feelings.

Yes reaqlise that the bargain will not be the only one that hour there will be more along the way ,
try to find a more gracious society , the higher you move up the emphasis is on mannners not what you can get. Its also less rushed unless you start to artificially try to speed the pace up . Shop less but at better stores where the shopping is an experience ( a doorman to open the doors thats where youll find better mannnerd people ) I get irritated like you but perhaps more so

I do the same thing! my parents tell me i'm gonna have ulcers by the time im 20! i get these nervous twitches like right under my right eye. lol. what i do that helps me is to ask myself "why are you so nervous/angry, and is there anything i can actually do about it/help the situation." it helps put things in perspective. secondly i smoke or chew gum. i personally can controll myself but my sis has the same thing and can't. she takes medicine. so if the above doesn't work you should probably go see a psyciatrist cuz thats not normal. hope this helps. dont beat ne1 upin the meantime, k? best of luck.

join a martial arts academy, you cant beat finding twenty different ways to beat the sshit out of a kickbag to shift the frustration in life,
you will find that what you suffer from is more likely to be frustration than stress.
stress is a medical symptom of a problem
but frustration is a result of things you dislike piling up in your brain till you feel like busting or lashing out.
lash out at a bag or a willing opponent twice a week and you will soon feel better, you also find that your anger management gets better too.

It sounds as if their might be an underlying problem that you need to address with a therapist. In the meantime, practicing stress-reducing activities (like exercise) can help.

Buy a set of drums, they are built for beating on and are great for relieving stress and can give you a little work-out.
