Which city is further west:- Birmingham or Edinburgh?

My immediate thought was Birmingham, but having looked on a map, I think it's Edinburgh.

The guy who gave the co-ordinates said Birmingham, but the longitude co-ordinates he quoted suggest Edinburgh too.
