Help!!!!! going insane?

Think i m going thru that women stage feel fine but have that burning red face.....what cab i do against it i hate it...HELP

    Go to a Gynae to find out whats causing it.

    If it is caused by hormones, you might need proper diagnosis and meds for it.

    well you could try hrt via a medical professional you dont say how old you are so hard to tell if you are in menepause or peri menepause
