how do I clean puke from the floor at best??

I have a Bissel Little Green Machine (About $100 at Walmart) I clean up the big chunks with rags or paper towels and use the carpet cleaner with soap and VERY hot water to soak up the rest and get rid of the smell. Use a little white vinegar in the water. Believe me, the smell of the vinegar is much better than the smell of the puke and the vinegar smell will dissipate faster! This also works when they puke in the bed to get rid of the smell on the matress.

Mop with pinecall,swifter wet jet and a sponge.

if its on the carpet,kitchen towel,then some vanish spray and then pat dry DO NOT rub!
