Kess is silly. Skip it. Of your other choices, Payton Scott sounds nicer. Here's some other ideas:
Payton Jordan
Payton Gavin
Payton Finley
Payton Corbin
Payton Brett
Payton Cameron
Good luck!

Is Payton for a boy or girl?
I *do* like the name Kess, but I think that you're better off to use a more traditionally male middle name. If I had to guess, I'd say that Payton was a girl. (Even though, yeah, Peyton Manning.) The middle name Kess sounds even more feminine. But based on your other suggestions - Tylor and Scott - I suspect you're naming a son and would rather *not* have him mistaken for a daughter.
So I'd use something like Payton James, or possibly Payton Archer, Payton Killian, Payton Vaughn, Payton Zachariah.
If I'm wrong, and you're naming a daugther, then go for Payton Kess.

Kess is pretty cool. Some would think it's really bad, but it's unique and nice. I think that if you want to be on the safer side though, you should go with Payton Scott.

Kids have speech impediments; someone is gonna say "KISS" and he'll hate it growing up. But that's only 18 years, whereas if he lives to be 60 or so he'll have 40(+) yrs with it; and by then he could only use the letter "K" if he still doesn't like it.
Its not what other people think anyway.....it's what YOU think about YOUR son's name.
Good luck in life and CONGRATS on the new one to come.
