I would make it exactly how it is. Give people free will, and not interfere...like if you made more whales, then how would people know they would run out of them if they killed them? though I would make bad food good for you, and unichorns and dragons real.

Anyway, I would kill all the mofos fundamentalists who would rather believe in a man-made book and imply that I am placing falsified evidence than accepting the truth about science, and that it hasnt questioned my existence.

I would do what God did... Get popcorn, sit on the couch, click the remote and watch world war II. When it starts to get boring I take a rest and then click the remote again and watch the Vietnam war then I got bored again and I fast forward to see Bush making a speech about invading Iraq. Fun times...

Not put the humans on. So all the sinning, disobeying, and destruction I would not have to put up with. Just watch all the natural beauty of it.
