A sorority is a bunch of college girls who form a club usually named after Greek letter like "Alpha Beta Phi" or something. (The male version is called a fraternity.)
Varsity means the highest team in a certain school. For example, in a high school, the junion varsity team would consist of the younger players and the varsity team would consist of the older and better players.
A semester (I am assuming your spelling was a mistake) is one half of the school year. There are fall and spring semesters in college. One class usually lasts for one semester.
A sophmore is the second of the four levels of educational senority. The lowest is the freshman (first year students) then the sophmore (second year students) then junior (third year) then senior (fourth year).

At uni's in the US there are sort or elite hosues, mainly for the good-looking, rich kids. the female of these is a sorority. They're extremely cliquey and getting into them is notoriously humiliating and difficult.
Varsity is like the 1st string team. the best team. i.e. Varsity football.
a somester is literally just their word for a term.
sophmore is "A student who has completed more than 31.99, but fewer than 64 posted credits."

sorority = a women's club, the equivalent of a fraternity for men. A woman can't just join, she must be chosen by the current members. They usually have Greek-letter names (Delta Gamma, I think, is one example.)
varsity = the top team in a sport. The second-best team is the junior varsity. These athletes represent the college/university/high school in competitions against other institutions.
semester = one-half of an academic year (September-June). Some colleges/high schools/universities have three terms (trimesters or quarters) in an academic year, some have two terms (semesters).
sophomore = a student in his/her second year
freshman = first-year student
sophomore = second-year student
junior = third-year student
senior = fourth-year student
