Zimbabwe suffer, for his false pride ,and polices ,which didn,t worked . And also i can,t understand the resistance power or powerlessness of Zimbabwe people , what is preventing you to kick this gentlemen out and get a life ?

If the Zimbabwe people will n ot rise up against him, do not expect the rest of the world to do anything about it. It is something most countries do not want, to get involved unless they are accepted by the citizens, without reserve.
Until his people make a tragedic yet public stand to him, nothing will change.

Maybe because to them he is still a 'gentleman', and if you consider him a fool, then logically all Zimbabwe people are so too!
