What act would it take for you to believe in God...of the Bible?
There has to be something that would convince you...what is it?
I think a better question is: What would God have to do to get your attention?

Absolutely nothing. Because even if there was a god, he does not deserve to be worshipped by me. And I will never worship someone. That is my belief and that is how I live my life.

Whenever I get discouraged because I can't persuade someone of the truth of the gospel, I remind myself that we are never going to convince those who don't want to be convinced. This has been a tough thing for me to accept; there are so many people I want so badly to become Christians. But I find solace in the story of Moses andPharaoh, Nothing woul.d convince Pharaoh that Moses represented the one true God ~~ Not plagues, not miracles, not even the death of Egypt's firstborn. If calamities of this magnitude couldn't move Pharaoh to repent, I am no longer surprised that the daily witness of faithful Christians fails to make a dent in the hearst of many people in our society.
However, I am convinced that the best tactic is the slow, steady work of Christ in our lives, coupled with prayer and our attempts to live the Christian life. I'm learning to place the rest in God's hands!
Good luck trying to convince the unconvincable! and God Bless!

So your all knowing all powerful god who created the entire universe can't figure out a simple way to convince of his existence?! He can accomplish all of these miracles but he's so real that he can't come up with a way to leave no doubt in people's minds. Okay here's one. A man in the sky with a white beard appears over the earth and speaks to all of us at the same time in all languages of the world. I think taht would convince 99.99% of the world.

Alright,
Christianity says faith is the most important thing. I am asking for proof of YOUR faith, not mine, since I have none.
Here are my standards (AKA tests) that some one must do to prove the existence of his god. These standards are designed to eliminate any other causes of occurrence other than a faith in your god.
1) Raise someone from the dead. Must be dead for more than 2 weeks.
2) Make a mountain move into the ocean with just prayer.
3) Walk on water.
4) Speak into tongues that he does not have any a priori knowledge of beforehand. I get to choose the language. Just to be certain that a polyglot does not fake "speaking in tongues".
5) Levitate. Move around while levitating. I get to choose the place.
6) Walk though walls. My choice.
7) Reappear from nothing. I get to choose the location.
8) Answer me a few questions about my grandfather's death. Just to check if you CAN communicate with a metaphysical being who knows everything. I get to choose the questions for you to answer.
Just do one of these tasks. And I will donate all my possessions and my time to follow you and your god. But what will you give me in return if you cannot pass ANY of my tests?
All of these standards were written down in the bible. Surely, you could do at least one of them by your faith.

If there was I god, he would know how to get my attention. I can't imagine how, but if there is one, he would know it.
Nothing will get me to believe in the bible, other than what is historical fact (I believe there was a man named Jesus, but that is it). I believe in none of the hocus pocus fantasy.
You know, I think David Koresh thought he saw god, can you say he didn't? Why can a bunch of moldy old dudes see proof of god all the time in the old days, and no one can say they have seen him now without being considered a crackpot?

The Spirit drawing me near.
Many people hear are wanting to know God, he is more concerned with belief. They are ****mutual exclusives***
If God we're to do some convincing - He would lose peoples faith, you have one or the other. I would explain further, but it is hard to understand those things when you don't get the basics.
LOL @ guy who said "I wouldnt bow down - ever" ***LOL***

Well, since it's supposedly all powerful, it could appear to every human on earth, simultaneously. It could perform some "miracles," such as restoring amputated limbs.
I believe there are no gods because there's no evidence that any of them exist. If one or more does exist, and proves it, I'd have no choice but to believe.

Sorry, I have been through the Bible a couple of times and I still review some passages. I feel like I know and understand what is written in it fairly well. My answer to you with all respect, Nothing.

All it takes is a small measure of faith which the Bible says God gives to each of us. The problem is a lot of people have become so hardened by society & so cold-hearted that they have a hard time connecting with that faith. It's one reason the Bible says we must "become as little children" to believe & to enter the kingdom of Heaven. That innocence that the world & Satan have driven out must be re-found.

He would have to appear, resolve the dispute between the Sunnis and Shi-ites, say whether Jesus was really His son and the Messiah, tell us whether Mohammed was really His chosen profit, and instruct us on how replicas of the Ark of the Covenant could be manufactured so that any of us could speak with Him and receive a response.

God would have to give me a copy of the Bible in person.
