Which clinic in central Manila is clean+ cheap+ competent on birth-delivery where father can attend delivery?

You can check out on QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER (QMMC). It is located on project 4 Quezon City

I've personally seen almost all Government Hospital in Manila area like PGH, Fabella, Jose Reyes, OM, QCGH, etc.... but QMMC was long way better than the rest.

But they seldomly accept pregnant women who has doesnt have any prenatal check up on their OPD.

TIP: The only people they accept w/o prenatal check-up are those who RUPTURED their BAG of WATER... and already BLEEDING! Meaning.... baby is almost there already!
