SOS: I'm German & need English conversation for better knowledge! Will you help me, please?

I speak a little german, and would like to learn some more, and I don't mind emailing back&forth with you, and we can talk about language stuff. I also like Terry Pratchett, not that I see how it's related. I do think reading english your best way to learn the language, although conversational language is always different than the formal language.

A friend was just in Germany and is bringing me back a

German to Bavarian (Bayrischen?) dictionary. That tells you what kind of a very silly person I am.
