know any good metal bands?

Ok, modern metal lies in Lamb of God, Children of Bodom and Trivium. Oh and Black Label Society. Some of those bands you won't like but Those bands are really good. And the best metal there is, is probably like...Metallica or something similar. If you were talking about metal gods. And that chick that said something about linkin park.....don't listen to her....they are not metal and if you tell a metalhead they are you'll get hit so don't listen to her. But Lamb of God is your best bet.

freakin cool. Great songs...one called All For You..is the bomb !! There's another band called St. Madness. Also a

freakin cool band on My Space. They've both opened for big name bands.

Mastodon, Korn, Underoath, Botch, Norma Jean

Fear Factory- is my personal favorite one or two albums aren't up to there usualy par. But the "Obsolete"album is good. Or The album Archetype or Demanufature (not re-manufature) or there latest is okay on or two good songs from Transgression. But yeah, Fear Factory is what I feel has a really clean heavy sound.

This band has been together forever but have never really caught a break. Try a band called Overkill.

linkin park is coming out with a new ablum soon called "minuets from midnight" I'm not shure if it i on like itunes or anything yet.. and i dont know if its what your looking for ... but check it out. you could liste to the radio too. the good stations usually will tell you the name of the song and who sings it.
