When an add in the local newspaper looked to good to be true my friend responded and received an Email from someone using a yahoo address that seemed a well thought out bait offer to rent. So I looked up the person who's salutation was included in the received Email as the person said they were a doctor stationed in Africa. The person's name ended up belonging to a deceased person who passed last year.

Someone may fall victim to this scam by paying that person a down payment. What would you do???

I have a friend with whom I just moved in with who went to the city of Orange to get the water service turned on and was told by the clerk at city hall that I would have to pay the outstanding bill for water I had not used in order to have service turned on in my name. Since we just moved here can the city bill us and expect us to pay for water we never used.

I received a valuable porcelian antique clock from an aunt that passed away recently and it shattered recently. I gathered the parts to the mechanics up and its still working only the porcelian broke. It was manufactered by the Ansonia clock company and stamped on the back of the time piece is," patented June 18, 1882", there is also a number 4 stamped on it. The glass is beveled and the key works through the front by openning the glass. I beleive it can be used for making another clock but Im not of the mind to do it or finacially able. every time I go to a site to apply for a free credit report from one of the big three companies I find deliberate misleading information in the advertisments that appears to be trying to get credit card information for payment or I receive no report. Why can't these big legit companies offer what the law provides without trying to mislead the public for profit

An LA county sheriff deputy arrested for unlawful sex with a minor was allowed to escape prison by standing before judge Robins in Fullerton Court. Roman Polanski and others who have done the same have also been allowed to elude prison terms. Joel Garcia is in Alaska with 2 little girls and he is a registered sex offender. What is wrong with these judges and district attorney. Liars

In a case where the safety of children is an issue should a jurist not investigate any available information before making an order that could cause irreparable harm to the children. If there are accusations in a case should they not be verified and should the accusers history of lies and deception which is documented by the courts also be taken into consideration when an order made could adversely cause serious damage. Like a person Convicted of child molestation or sex crimes against minors in an attempt to gain custody of more possible victims(even his own children), with a history of lying to the courts accuses his girlfriend of violence get a restraining order against her files for sole custody of the children he just moved in with goes to court and is not questioned but succeeds in his efforts and now has two more potential victims. such as in a case in Anchorage Alaska. Do I hear late night talk show host already. Is there no integrity in Anchorage?

In the state of Alaska Custody of two little girls ages 4 and 7 have been recklessly given to their biological father who is a convicted sex offender and registered in Alaska as such. With this information known to the court and the fact that he has had more victims than the one he was convicted for, all minors, violated by sexual intercourse. The courts have done nothing to correct its error. This guy was never evaluated by anyone to verify a safe inviorment for the kids. And its also a known fact that he has submitted false and misleading statement to the courts in two states to gain custody of these kids. He has a history of abuse and lying to authorities but the courts have done nothing to insure the safety of these girls. No supervision. Who gives these girls a bath and who dresses them because there is no female or anyone else to observe his actions. It all started with a domestic violence dispute with the mom who has not been given a chance to be heard. Can anyone help?

I paid almost $15,000.00 in tuition and interest for classes I was never able to complete because the school closed. I was never given an opportunity to ask or to dispute the right of the loan provider to collect on this bill. I thought that is what the federal government insured student loans for, just in case a situation like this happened. There are forms to complete requesting a hearing on the subject but no address provided anywhere as to where to send them. I was hounded for years to pay the loan and was penalized harshly for making late payments. I know this situation is a common problem so maybe someone has actually succeeded in locating the place to send this inquiry that won't pass the buck and send me on a wild goose chase. Is there any hope dealing with the department of education on these types of complaints that in all fairness should be resolved. Certain large corporations open these schools and take the tuition only to go bankrupt and rob innocent victims.

I have noticed over the years a strange phenomena in women around the age of 40. They have the ability to turn from careing understanding adults to completly uncareing imature distructive children or worse and without any consicence about who or what the destroy or ruin including relationships, jobs, picnics, songs, dinners, days, breakfasts', families, etc...I could go on and on. Most men at that age seem to try to avoid such foolishness whats up with that?

The major difference I have found is the distributor has no coil wire like you would find on the old motor. The old design was flawed in the cam pulleys were made of steel that caused it to be out of balance at high RPMs which in turn caused the rear rocker arms to viberate loose causing the cam to lock up. So I replaced the motor because it happened to mine. Do I need to replace my ECM and my complete harness or only some of the harness. Thanks for lending an ear
