Any ideas on how to annonymously flood someones email account with unwanted mail?

I used to do this with snail mail with magazine subscriptions. I need to annoy someone whos annoying me!

creat an email that they cant find out send then a big file and on the to line write their email about 20 times

They call that spam.  They also call it stupid. Plus if this person reports you, you can lose your subscription.  Now why dont you both kiss and makeup and growup!

Use the computers at the public library so they can't trace you IP.

That's extremely immature... just block them by adding them to a block filter. 
Do not send them messages back.
