If a Mother talks in a room full of children. Does she actually make a sound?

Oh, she makes plenty of sound, it's just that no one can comprehend what she is saying. It's like speaking in tongue! lol.

Depends on how and what she is saying. I make a sound when I enter a room full of children I guess its because I do not let the children rule me I believe that to get a kids attention you must first show them you are confident, willing to listen, learn, talk, play and that you are also their to teach and to be heard.
