Not to put you off, but.... You will need a business license for the community you live in, you will need insurance to cover you in case of accidental illness while dispensing food to protect you against lawsuits from food bornes illnesses.

Just having a food handlers cert doesnt give you the right to run a business. A food handlers cert is just so that you are able to work in a food service environment for a business that has all the aforementioned legalling binding authorities.

Being a food handler and being a business owner are 2 seperate issues.

In order to manufacture a food, you must be able to show the capability of running a business according to local health inspection standards, which includes having industrial equipment and proper training of employees and liscences. This is a pretty complicated process, you should probably get a vendor's license and sell them out of a cart rather than out of your home.
