looking for affordable accomodation in miami beach?

When I first arrived to Miami, I stayed at the Lorraine Hotel for a week. This hotel was like 3rd cheapest on the internet and I was really worried because it seemed like it may be sketchy. The bathroom in the the hotel was out-dated, but everything else was awesome. I stayed in a corner unit and had a view of the ocean and a walk out balcony. It was fairly quiet and I enjoyed my stay there. Parking in Miami Beach is a nightmare and to valet anywhere it's $20. There is a parking lot across the street from the hotel that is reasonably priced, metered parking that you can feed it for all day (until 6pm.)

I have not stayed in miami beach but have used these websites for accomodation all over the world...i hope these help you...happy dayz

on collins avenue there's 2 days inn and 2 best westerns.... and there are a few more that are really cheap... and theres a few hotels in downtown miami too....good luck
